Andi Nolan

Mayor Andi Nolan was elected to the Lake Dallas City Council in 2015. She served as Mayor Pro-Tem from 2016-2021, serving as acting Mayor for four months in 2016 before being appointed Mayor in 2021. She served as the TML Region 8 President from 2019-2021.

Professionally she is a school counselor and formerly taught in LDISD as an elementary teacher. Mayor Nolan holds a Masters degree in School Counseling with her administration certification. She also holds a certificate in basic mediation.  Some of her past volunteer efforts include working with adults who have special needs, volunteering in her church’s preschool, and being a sorority advisor at UNT and SFA. She has a passion to help and serve others.

Mayor Nolan is married with three kids and four dogs. She loves Lake Dallas and how the city pulls together as a community to help each other. Mayor Nolan states, "There are great resources and opportunities in the Lake Cities area that can benefit individuals and families, which is why I think the Lake Cities Focus nonprofit is so important to our community.”
